Everything you need to know about pricing

After we receive your item, it heads to authentication to be verified for our shoppers. From there we get it ready for our site with photography and item descriptions—professional photos and copywriting are built into our pricing model. Next, it's time for pricing followed by launching your item to our site.

Because the resale market is constantly changing, our algorithm is too. We discount based on current market conditions and to help increase your item's discoverability so you can get paid faster.

Due to high demand, certain items are excluded from discounts and promotions.

For certain high-value items, we'll send you pricing to approve before they launch on our site. We'll also notify you if your item is about to be discounted.

We offer price review for the following items when priced at $995+:
• Hermès, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton handbags
• Exotic skin handbags
• Full fur outerwear (mink, chinchilla, and sable only)
• Jewelry and watches
• Art and home items

How will I be paid?

We offer three methods of payment:

Direct Deposit
The easiest and fastest way to be paid. The commission you earn is automatically deposited into your bank account every month.

TRR Site Credit
Get paid in site credit and earn an extra +5% commission.

Check
Receive a check by mail in 5–7 business days.

Commission
Payment is issued on the 15th of each month following when your item sells. Example: If your item sells in January, you'll be paid February 15.

Trade
Payment is issued in the form of site credit within two weeks after your item sells.

Get Paid Now
Payment is issued via direct deposit within 1–2 business days after we accept your items.
